At Dance Theatre Northwest, we’re proud to offer a fully drop-in studio experience! This means you only pay for the classes you attend, with no commitment to a long-term schedule. Our flexible drop-in model allows students to start at any time during the year, so you can jump into classes whenever it’s convenient for you.
Registration
To participate in our classes, an annual registration fee of $25 is required to become an Enrolled Student. To give you a taste of our classes, we invite you to join us for one drop-in class without the need to pay the annual registration fee. Should you decide to attend a second class, the $25 fee will be applied to your account at that time.
Dancers age 65 and over are enrolled at no charge. Senior dancers enjoy full enrolled student status without the annual registration fee.
- $25 Annual Registration Fee: Payable at the time of enrollment and annually on the anniversary of your enrollment date.

Train more and earn rewards. Dancers who attend multiple classes each week can earn points toward account credit for classes and more.

Costume & Recital Fees
Costume & choreography fees are usually $50-70 per class or dance performed. Costs vary, and some costumes will be rentals. We do our best to offer quality and to keep costume costs reasonable.

Cancellation Policy
For classes, there are no fees for cancellations or no-shows. However, as a courtesy to our instructors and fellow students, we kindly ask that you cancel your class in the Mindbody app if you know you will be unable to attend. This helps us manage class capacity and provide the best experience for everyone.
For private lessons, students must cancel their appointment at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. If a cancellation is made within 3 hours of the appointment, a $15 late cancellation fee will be charged. If a student fails to show up for a private lesson without providing prior notification to the instructor, the full cost of the lesson will be charged.
