Program Overview

The Learn & Save Rewards Program is designed to recognize and support dancers who are consistently investing in their training at Dance Theatre Northwest. Dancers who show up, put in the work, and commit to regular classes are the ones who grow the most. This program exists to reward that commitment by giving back to those who actively participate in their training.

By encouraging consistent attendance, the program supports:

  • Continued technical development
  • Stronger training habits
  • A more engaged and dedicated studio community

How Points Are Earned

Points are earned based on participation and engagement in the studio.

Weekly Attendance

  • Students who attend 5–9 classes in a calendar week earn 1 point
  • Students who attend 10 or more classes in a calendar week earn 2 points
  • A calendar week runs Sunday through Saturday
  • Eligible attendance includes:
    • Group classes
    • Private lessons
  • Rehearsals are not included

Points for qualifying weeks will be awarded during the following week.

Additional Ways to Earn Points

Students may also earn points through the following:

  • Student Referral
    • Earn 1 point when a referred student becomes fully enrolled
    • See referral details below
  • Ballet Intensive Participation
    • Earn 1 point for attending a DTNW Ballet Intensive
  • Performance Participation
    • Earn 1 point for performing in a DTNW production, including recitals, community performances, or holiday productions (such as The Nutcracker)

DTNW may introduce additional point-earning opportunities in the future to support student growth and studio engagement.

Point Accumulation

  • Points accumulate over time
  • There is no weekly limit beyond qualification criteria
  • Points remain in the student’s account until redeemed

Students can track their points directly within their Mindbody account.

Reward Structure

  • 5 Points = $100 Reward Credit

Once a student reaches 5 points:

  • A $100 credit will be available in their account in Mindbody
  • The credit may be applied toward:
    • Class cards
    • Private lessons
    • Other eligible purchases within the Mindbody system

Redeeming Your Reward:

  • Reward credits can be redeemed by:
    • Logging into your Mindbody account using a web browser, or
    • Requesting assistance at the front desk, where we can apply the reward for you
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed through the Mindbody app

Eligibility

The Learn & Save Rewards Program is available to actively enrolled DTNW students, with the following exclusion, students receiving scholarship-based discounts, as well as those enrolled in monthly unlimited or attendance-based plans:

  • Are not eligible to earn points for class attendance or any tuition-based activities, including ballet intensives or discounted programs
  • May still earn points through:
    • Student referrals
    • Performance participation

Enrollment Requirement (Opt-In)

Participation in the program is not automatic

To participate:

  • Students must opt in through their Mindbody account using a web browser
  • Opt-in cannot be completed through the Mindbody app

Initial Launch Exception:

  • Students who opt in on or before April 19, 2026 will have points retroactively applied back to March 29, 2026
  • This is a one-time exception for the initial rollout of the program
  • After April 19, 2026, no retroactive points will be awarded

Program Rules & Limitations

Usage Restrictions

  • Rewards:
    • Have no cash value
    • Cannot be redeemed for cash
    • Can only be used within the Mindbody system
  • Rewards cannot be applied to:
    • Purchases made outside of Mindbody
    • External vendors or third-party services
  • Student Referrals
    • Earn 1 point when a referred student becomes fully enrolled.
    • Enrollment is defined as payment of the $25 annual registration fee.
    • The referred student must be new to DTNW
    • The referring student must be identified at the time of registration
    • Only one referral credit may be issued per new student
    • Referral points are awarded after enrollment is completed

Account Limitations

  • Points are:
    • Non-transferable
    • Non-shareable
  • Points cannot be:
    • Combined across multiple students
    • Shared between family members
  • Each student earns and redeems rewards individually

Additional Terms

Dance Theatre Northwest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Learn & Save Rewards Program at any time, including changes to point values, reward amounts, eligibility, and program structure.

DTNW reserves the right to review and adjust points or remove participants from the program in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or discrepancies in attendance or eligibility.
